WHAT IS IT?

I'm so glad you asked! Coming soon to theaters near you... my sourdough education resources! 
 

I started my sourdough journey a few years ago and I have a lot of fun keeping my starters (Earl and Pearl) happy and baking delicious bread. I've gotten a lot of questions and people asking me how they can make their own sourdough at home, and while I am always learning and improving, being able to share my knowledge and experience brings me a lot of joy!

I wanted to create some comprehensive resources that walk you through the process, from creating your own starter from scratch to baking your first loaf of bread. In the works is a digital sourdough guide in PDF format, but I'm also considering creating an online course and/or hosting in-person classes, all containing step-by-step instructions and frequently asked questions. Help me decide what resources would be most beneficial below!
